Business Analysis
We analysed how the XCO group managed their sales representatives and designed and new state of the art way for them to easily keep track of their sales rep progress.
Documentation
We documented the whole process of designing our system to make it easier to understand all the processes in the system.
Application Development
We developed a web application that acts as the management side of our system that managers of XCO can use to set and track milestones for the sales reps.

ABOUT US
We are a team of skilled Business analysts working on a project for the XCO group. The team consists of 5 members namely, Sam Jonker, John Loxton (Team leader), Xanderie Jorna, Brett Felton, Chad Fox. (See photo below left to right)

We are developing a Sales Representative management system (Reps On The Move) to help them reduce time spent on administrative tasks, giving them more time to work with their clients. We are developing a Web based Management system that will be used by the managers to keep track of the sales representatives progress throughout the year and will also develop a mobile app to be used by the sales representatives to manage their appointments and log their activities as they are completed.
